Elizabeth joined CCFP in July 2024 as our Chief Operating Officer, having previously worked for us from 2016 to 2018.

Elizabeth is a highly experienced financial services professional with a proven track record of transforming advice delivery, streamlining operations, and building high-performing teams. She specialises in designing client-centric journeys, improving regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence across complex organisations.

With over 20 years in financial planning and wealth management, Elizabeth has held senior roles at RBC Brewin Dolphin (FTSE 250 Wealth Management company), where she led national teams, launched a large-scale apprenticeship programmes, and delivered innovative workflow and technology solutions. Known for her strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, she aligns people, processes and technology to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
